The London Acoustic Guitar Show has pulled out all the stops to bring some of the world’s greatest acoustic guitarists and best-selling singer-songwriters together for a weekend of exceptional acoustic music – a one and only chance to watch these world-class artists perform on the same stage over one weekend. The show takes place at the Olympia Conference Centre, London on the 22nd and 23rd of September 2012, in association with Acoustic Magazine.
“We wanted to go the extra mile for 2012 – and that’s exactly what we’ve done. We’ve gathered some of the world’s finest acoustic guitar players and put them all under one roof. It’s not often that happens, but on September 22nd and 23rd we’ve made it so,” says Acoustic Magazine Editor and show organiser, Guy Little.
“There’s a real mix of artists catering for people of all ages and ability level, from chart-topping acts like Newton Faulkner, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Feeder and Finley Quaye right through to the likes of Andy McKee, Laurence Juber, Jim Moray, Gordon Giltrap, Massimo Varini and Jon Gomm.”
The show invites an enthusiastic audience, both young and old, through its doors to be a part of the wonderful world of acoustic guitars and music. With inspiring Main Stage performances, informative clinics in the Masterclass Suite, introductions to the future talent on the Acoustic Café stage and an impressive display of gear in the exhibition hall, this is the only UK show dedicated to the acoustic guitar lover.
“We’ve been overwhelmed at how much industry support we’ve had for this show which is evident in the quality of the exhibitors that’ll be appearing alongside the artists. This is the biggest and best acoustic show in the UK and it’s only £15 – what a bargain!” Visitors should move quickly to secure tickets for this event with a line-up not seen anywhere else.
Looking forward to the future of the London Acoustic Guitar Show, Guy Little states, “It’s a step in the right direction for The London Acoustic Guitar Show and Acoustic Magazine, setting a real benchmark for 2013′s show. Watch this space”.
